As usual the previous building will be destroyed, as most of them already are, and the people will be dislocated somewhere else. Neither less other areas are involved in the reconstruction of the city. .In Sanlitun area, one of the old embassy district, a central area for business and with a lot of bars and restaurants, the old houses are destroyed to make room to modern compound.
