Villa Necchi Campiglio is a historic residence located downtown, and is perhaps unique as a model for beauty and preservation of a private villa in rationalist style of the thirties. It was built between 1932 and 1935 as an independent house designed by architect Piero Portaluppi, and was surrounded by a large garden with tennis court and swimming pool. The owners were members of the upper class Lombard industrial educated, and their standard of living is reflected in the building, designed and built an unlimited budget, emerging architectural style (the Italian rationalism), the large and bright rooms in the residence is made ??up, and furnishing, the decorative arts and craft skills of the advanced and daring structures.
