The architect Boeri in the entrance hall of the towers of the Vertical Forest. Designed by Stefano Boeri, it consists of two residential towers of 24 and 17 floors. The peculiarity of these buildings is the presence of about 900 trees boobies terraces. The Vertical Forest also includes public spaces, swimming pool, gym and have a surface of 500 m? of solar panels and other solutions of geothermal heating.
The Porta Nuova neighborhood has undergone profound changes in recent years. The tower Unicredit designed by architect Cesar Pelli, the "Vertical Forest" by architect Stefano Boeri and the Pavilion of architect Michele De Lucchi are the spearhead. The square Gae Aulenti has become a center of attraction for the inhabitants and tourists. The streets in the vicinity, such as Corso Como or surrounding neighborhoods, such as Isola, have now more attractions and charm.
