  • The arrangement of the rooms of Gallerie d'Italia - Piazza Scala, Milan, by architect Michele De Lucchi, is a journey through the concept of living space and the enjoyment of the art work from the end of the eighteenth century until the present day. Inside the different historical buildings in which the Galleries are located, all situated in the heart of Milan and belonging to Intesa Sanpaolo, the design develops a range of equally different display concepts, where the relationship between furnishings and the architectural setting revives and updates that of the times in which the buildings were designed.
