The Dost Welfare Foundation Darel Shiffa itís a support centre for heroin addict. First aid on 24h, wash place, some tea and bread every day. Heroin could cost from 50 cent to 5$ each gram. Every month about ten people dead. The centre help an average of 30 people every month.
